Our Envisage Dental inhouse recruitment team are currently looking for the newest member of our team, a remote, home-based, Recruitment Partner. We are flexible on your location although an ability to travel to occasional meetings at our head office in Basingstoke or to other regional locations is important. This is an opportunity to join an experienced team of recruiters (Head of Recruitment and 3x Recruitment Partners) playing a crucial role in supplying the talent enabling our business to grow. You will play a full role in building our talent attraction infrastructure and delivering on our recruitment strategy. About the role Your particular area of focus will be within our Practice Support specialist area, sourcing the Dental Nurses, Clinic Managers and admin teams that enable our Clinics to grow and thrive whilst offering a genuinely consultative service, expert advice, and support. This role will involve managing a high volume of vacancies and candidates. Typical activities you’ll carry out in this role will be : Independently driving the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment for all your roles Taking the time to really listen and understand the unique DNA and needs of each of our clinics to better deliver their hiring needs Working closely with the team to further develop tools, programmes and resources to help our clinic and hiring managers with “all things recruitment” Being a brand ambassador for Envisage, able to sell and flex the Envisage proposition effectively to varying candidate groups to maximise our candidate share in a competitive market Making good use of all talent channels including social media to further promote our opportunities and employer brand, creating compelling content for adverts and postings Screening prospective candidates via an appropriate telephone/video call, saving time for the Hiring Manager Delivering a great candidate journey and ensuring all candidates receive feedback on interview outcomes Take accountability for and proactively search for solutions around ‘difficult to fill’ roles. Negotiate and positively influence prospective candidates to reach a mutually beneficial position. Develop a close understanding of our Employment Contracts to be able to produce and generate contracts and letters. Maintaining and developing our ATS platform – Talos 360 - and developing Talent Pools for future recruitment. What you’ll need to succeed as a Recruitment Partner at Envisage Dental Current recruitment experience inhouse and/or an agency environment. Some Agency experience is desirable. Prior experience in a high volume recruitment environment. Multisite recruitment experience advantageous. Comfortable with ambiguity and change – high growth, fast pace Empathetic and emotionally intelligent – caring about the effect of your work Self-starter with the confidence to work well unsupervised and use initiative where required Experience/understanding of Home/Hybrid working Agile - comfortable in a model where every clinic is different and unique This role might not be right for you if you are not comfortable managing a high volume of information and candidates, if you need absolute information certainty to be at your best or feel uncomfortable working in an agile environment where every clinic site needs to be treated differently. If you prefer a steady environment with fully established systems and process to the excitement of constant change and evolving systems and processes.
