Responsibilities include:
* Taking orders over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
* Answering incoming calls professionally and attentively.
* Organising and maintaining files for easy access.
* Entering purchase orders accurately.
* Conducting stock checks and monitoring inventory levels.
* Chasing payments to ensure timely transactions.
* Supporting system entry tasks and data integrity.
This is a full-time, office-based role from 9am to 5:30pm. The salary is up to £27,000 with 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
