Shifts: 3-week rotating pattern (Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts) 34 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join our production team, operating high‑spec machinery in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.
What You Will Be Doing
* Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
* Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
* Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimise waste.
* Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.
What You Will Bring To The Team
* Experience as a Lithographic Printer
* An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes.
* Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude.
* The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues.
* A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
