An opportunity to work as our Regulation, Compliance and Conditions (RCC) Officer within Dudley's Planning Enforcement Team has arisen. The role is suitable for existing planners or recent graduates, or soon‑to‑be graduates with a planning or related degree, or a planning masters course. The successful candidate will be supported to deal with a caseload of varied applications and will be responsible for investigating, gathering and recording information accurately to assess and take appropriate action against a wide range of alleged breaches in planning control.

Qualifications
* Planning related degree or recent graduate, or soon‑to‑be graduate.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Problem solving ability.
* Knowledge of planning regulations and enforcement procedures.
Key Information
* Valid UK driving licence required.
* Interviews scheduled for weeks commencing 11th and 18th May.
