Join to apply for the Support Worker role at Community Integrated Care.
We are recruiting to support 2 men and 2 ladies who share their home in Ellon. The people we support have learning disabilities, mobility and health needs. The role includes a mix of tasks to help them live independently and participate in activities.
Responsibilities
* Support the people we support with medication, cooking, personal care and mobility as needed.
* Maintain the homes of people supported and assist with managing finances.
* Provide 24/7 support with flexible shifts, including some weekends and sleepovers.
* Ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes; spend your shift with the person you support.
* Assist with activities such as aquafit, outings, arts and crafts, and social activities.
* Some people use wheelchairs; participate in planning and supporting accessible activities and mobility needs.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving license is required.

Requirements and Work Style
* Part-time bank hours with shift patterns 8-3, 3-8, 12-12:30 (sleepover).
* We offer training, support and PPE; opportunities for progression and development.
* Travel between locations as needed and be flexible with hours.
