Wayman Education is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Psychology Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching across KS4 and KS5. The Psychology Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students to reach their full potential.
2. Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining records of academic performance.
3. Create a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment.
4. Collaborate with management, staff, and parents to support students academically.
5. Participate in school activities such as events, performances, and parent meetings.
6. Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote student welfare.
7. Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure orderliness.
Requirements:
1. QTS or equivalent qualification.
2. Degree in a relevant field, with a subject specialization.
3. Recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's in Education or related field.
4. Excellent classroom management and motivational skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge of the national curriculum and its application.
7. Ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learners.
8. A passion for teaching and student development.

Salary:
