In this role, you’ll work both out in the community and online—visiting homes, managing casework, and providing practical advice to tenants, leaseholders, shared owners, and key partners. As the first point of contact for tackling anti-social behaviour, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers sustain their tenancies and improving the quality of neighbourhood life. You’ll also be responsible for drafting witness statements, supporting victims, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
Thrive is proud to deliver flexibility for employees to work in a manner that suits their wants/needs best. Our SMART working policy allows individuals to take full control of their productivity by offering a choice between working in-house or away from the office.
