We have an opportunity for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join an Award-Winning DAF Trucks Dealership based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.
Working within a team of seven, we are looking for someone to work 3 days per week who has experience of working within an Accounts environment.
Main Duties will include:
1. General Account tasks
2. Registering & processing purchase ledger Invoices
3. Setting up and maintaining of supplier accounts
4. Investigating and recording any purchase ledger queries
5. Reconciling supplier statements
6. Dealing with suppliers and internal queries
7. Other ad hoc finance duties, assisting the team where necessary
Skills Required
8. Competent in Microsoft Office
9. Attention to detail and accuracy
10. Good communication and teamwork skills
