This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (5-8 years' experience) to step into a senior role within a supportive, people-first consultancy prides itself on its family feel and collaborative culture. What You'll Be Doing
* Leading electrical design projects across a variety of building services sectors.
* Producing detailed designs, specifications, and technical reports.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other consultants.
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.
* Conducting site visits, surveys, and inspections.
* Managing project delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Championing sustainable and innovative design solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
* 5-8 years' experience in electrical design within building services.
* Strong technical knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
* Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
* Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
