We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven individual to join our client, who is a respected global market analysis firm, as a Commercial Director. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving commercial efficiency, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Revenue Growth : Collaborate with sales and analyst teams to identify high-potential prospects, refine pricing strategies, and optimize product portfolios.
Commercial Process Improvement : Lead management accounting and reporting, improve CRM data accuracy, and enhance account management practices.
Proven experience in a senior commercial or business operations role.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing costs effectively.
Background in a subscriptions-based or research-driven business, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models.
Experience working in a small to medium-sized business (SMB) environment, demonstrating adaptability and hands-on leadership.
Experienced in managing a senior sales team, providing strategic guidance and accountability for performance.
Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and Xero (or equivalent accounting systems).
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
