Day Healthcare Assistant & Night Healthcare Assistant Carer roles available
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: £12.45 per hour (MondayFriday) | £13 per hour (Weekends)
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team at a residential care home in Haywards Heath. We have vacancies for both a Day Healthcare Assistant and a Night Healthcare Assistant, supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes.
Monitor residents wellbeing and report any changes to senior staff.
Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
What were looking for:
6 months experience in a care setting (preferred).
Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
A caring nature and a genuine desire to support older people, including those living with dementia.
Reliability and flexibility to work across day or night shifts.
Role Details:
36 hours per week (day or night shifts available).
£12.45 per hour (MondayFriday).
£13.00 per hour (Weekends).
