He successful candidate will carry out a wide range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all water, heating, and drainage systems operate safely and efficiently. They will respond to routine and reactive work, diagnose faults, replace or repair defective components, and complete planned preventative maintenance to a high standard. They will work collaboratively with estates and facilities teams, maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, and uphold strict health and safety requirements while delivering reliable, high‑quality service across the site.
