School Attendance Officer

Hounslow

Full Time

A secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a motivated, organised, and genuinely compassionate School Attendance Officer to help pupils and families build positive attendance habits. You’ll play a key role in making sure every young person has the chance to thrive.

Working closely with the Attendance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and tracking daily attendance
2. Supporting pupils, families, and staff to remove attendance barriers
3. Carrying out home visits where appropriate
4. Keeping accurate records and producing reports
5. Upholding the school’s safeguarding procedures
6. Championing a culture of high expectations and excellent attendance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
