We're Hiring! HR Assistant - Temp (3–6 months), possible permanent position.
£13 ph | Hybrid (WFH 4 days + 1 day in office)
Looking to sharpen your HR skills in a role that's busy, varied, and genuinely valued? Join a friendly team as an HR Assistant, supporting key HR processes and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll do:
* Data entry & candidate tracking
* HR system updates (SAP SuccessFactors experience ideal)
* Benefits admin & voucher ordering
* TOIL and absence records
* Electronic filing & document merging
* Help refresh the HR handbook ("HR bible")
* Get involved with research and other ad‑hoc HR tasks
What you'll need:
* Previous HR admin / coordination experience
* SAP SuccessFactors knowledge preferred
* CIPD great but not essential
Your own Windows laptop (VPN provided – MacBooks / Chromebooks not compatible).
The deal:
* Mon‑Fri, 37.5 hours (office hours)
* WFH 4 days / Office 1 day
* Temp for 3 months initially – with potential to go temp‑to‑perm
* £13 per hour
