The Role
To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will support clinical and corporate staff to facilitate appropriate use of resources.

Candidate Requirements
* Educated to standard grade or equivalent experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer care
* Excellent communication skills
* Organizational and planning abilities
* Understanding of procedures and processes
* Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Confidentiality, diplomacy, discretion
* Legal right to work in the UK
Note: A full UK/EU/EEA driving license is required where applicable.
Contract Details
Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 months
Part Time, 19.73 hours per week
Salary will be pro-rata for part-time hours.
Note: This is a fixed-term post; existing NHS staff applying require prior line manager approval for secondment.
Location and Work Schedule
Based in Dermatology at University Hospital Hairmyres.
Work pattern to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
