As the agency’s Affiliate team gears up for its next phase of growth, they’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Account Manager to take the lead on global e-commerce clients and guide a small, talented team day-to-day based in their Manchester hub. Why this role stands out Shape global programs: Lead affiliate strategy for major retail brands across the UK, Europe, and the US. Be the senior voice: Manage and mentor an Affiliate Manager and Executive – offering direction, prioritisation, and calm under pressure. Hands-on delivery: Oversee day-to-day campaign management, reporting, and optimisation across networks like Awin (essential) and Impact (ideal). Collaborate cross-agency: Work closely with Paid Media, Strategy, and Creative teams to deliver integrated performance campaigns. Grow with the team: Join at an exciting time – the affiliate function is lean but high-performing, with space to influence how it scales. What we’re looking for Strong experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end, ideally for retail or e-commerce brands. Confident using Awin (must) and preferably also Impact. Organised and detail-oriented with proven ability to juggle multiple Tier 1 accounts. Leadership mindset – comfortable guiding others, structuring workflows, and bringing clarity when things get busy. Experience within an agency environment preferred, but open to senior client-side candidates ready for a faster-paced setting.
