Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: West DraytonHours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PMSalary: Based on experience
We are seeking an experienced and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in mainstream setting both individual and group settings.
* Assist with the delivery of lessons and ensure the effective engagement of students.
* Provide emotional and academic support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
* Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with SEN students will be a bonus.
* Caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students.
* Looking for a long-term position with the desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
