Your Role
1. Develop and implement an environmental sustainability strategy for the Scientific Vacuum Division
2. Generate inclusion and understanding across Divisional teams
3. Identify and align environmental sustainability commitments for each divisional function
4. Support divisional functions with project identification, analysis, justification, impact assessment, business case, and project approval
5. Maintain the road map to net positive impact, generate, and report on indicators
6. Ensure product developments reflect market trends and changes
7. Share ideas, knowledge, and best practices

* Multiple years of experience in strategy development and working with senior level management, preferably on environmental sustainability topics
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, environmental studies, business administration, or comparable
* Proven track record in project control and delivery
* Ability to assess and challenge project plans for viability and robustness
* Cross culture appreciation and understanding
* Openness to travel and fluency in English

Job Location
