Job summary
Our service user is a cheerful pre-schooler who lives with her loving parents and family pet dog in Swaffham and requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis with her complex care needs.
She loves to spend time and interacting with her family and care team, exploring her favourite activities, and enjoys watching TV especially Mr Tumble and Baby Shark.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, moving and handling, making close observations, and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.
It is essential you are pet friendly as our service user does have a pet dog at home
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Main duties of the job
We have the following shifts available
1. Part Time Nights Available
2. 9:30pm-7:30am

Weeknights: £ per hour (Approx. £165 per 10-hour shift)
Saturdays: £ per hour (Approx. £165 per 10-hour shift)
Sundays: £ per hour (Approx. £175 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £ per hour (£185 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
