Role Responsibilities:
- Encourage and enable young people to manage their responsibilities within the project, adhering to their Licence Agreement. 📝🏡
- Implement and follow support and risk management plans in collaboration with colleagues. 🤝📋
- Maintain positive relationships with neighbours, local authorities, and other stakeholders. 🏘️🤗
- Ensure a calm and secure environment, particularly during evenings and overnight. 🌌🔒
- Provide necessary support during evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties. 🌙💤
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold an enhanced Adult and Child DBS. 📜🕵️
- Minimum of 6 months experience within the UK. 🇬🇧⏳
- Ideally, have DBS on the Update Service. ✅🛡️
- Demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available). 🛂🚫
