Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Handle all user queries, acting as 2nd line support, and also providing 1st and some 3rd line support.
2. Support users via phone, remote tools, or directly on-site.
3. Travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex is essential; a full clean driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
4. This role is based at our head office in Welwyn Garden City, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues.
