Role of Head of Marketing:
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of three and take full ownership of marketing activity. You will be responsible for delivering a high-impact marketing strategy that drives commercial growth, enhances brand presence, and supports cultural alignment across the business as well as being hands on in execution.
* Develop and lead the B2B marketing strategy aligned to business goals
* Design and implement go-to-market programmes to support growth and positioning
* Manage and mentor a collaborative marketing team
* Work closely with Sales, Technical, Operations and senior leadership
* Create compelling brand narratives and lead thought leadership activity
* Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and conversion
* Own and develop the Associate Consultancy Programme to support strategic aims
* Build a data-led marketing function with clear KPIs and continuous optimisation

* Proven ability in brand development, demand generation, and campaign execution
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams
* A compelling storyteller with strong digital and content expertise
* Data-driven, commercially aware, and focused on measurable impact
* Degree level and/or professionally qualified in marketing or a business-related subjec
The Benefits for the Head of Marketing:

* Office based in Maidenhead – 4 days a week
