Reporting to the Head of Field Services, the Regional Manager is a key role that oversees various Traffic Signal contracts to ensure compliance, ensure Health & Safety adherence and be financially responsible for the Business Unit. Although a Hybrid role, the successful candidate will need to be local, be a visible presence in the Walsall depot, attending customer meetings and site visits.
What youll do:
1. Manage the delivery of existing / new contracts with local authorities
2. Demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers
3. Be responsible for cascading & managing QEHS information to all staff
4. Monitor and deliver contractual SLAs
5. Maintain tight operational and financial control over all projects
6. Be responsible for delivering financial targets for all contracts; and setting budgets and forecasts
7. A strong People Manager with proven experience of mentoring, supporting and developing a team
