We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
* Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.

* Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of presentation and flavour.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

* Proven experience in supervising a kitchen team, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
* Extensive knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
