Role Summary:
You will be joining a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, with the opportunity to develop your own book of business while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative culture. This role suits ambitious Account Handlers ready to step up, or Account Executives seeking an environment where drive and performance are rewarded with progression and financial upside.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to build your book and income potential
• Work closely with directors and producers to support firm-wide growth initiatives
• Collaborate with a young, energetic team in-office at least three days per week
• Play a key role in shaping the London office as it becomes established
Requirements:
• Background in commercial or real estate insurance (account handling or exec level)
• Drive to grow a personal book of business and build long-term client relationships
• Willingness to be based in-office regularly (Leicester or London, depending on location)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
