A fast-scaling UKlender is building a specialist cashflow lending team from the ground up and is looking for a senior originator to lead the charge.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a new lending proposition focused on funding ambitious, established SMEs with £1m–£10m facilities businesses that are strong, profitable, and underserved by traditional banks due to lack of tangible security.
You can be based anywhere in the UK. Your “patch” will be defined around your network, relationships, and where you naturally win business.
The Opportunity
You won’t be joining a machine, you’ll be helping build one. This role is about shaping a market-leading cashflow product while simultaneously driving high-quality deal flow from day one.
You’ll have real autonomy, real influence, and a clear mandate: originate and close meaningful transactions that fuel UK SME growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Originate and execute £1m–£10m cashflow lending transactions end-to-end
* Activate and expand a strong introducer and advisor network across your market
* Spot and convert high-quality opportunities that fit the credit appetite
* Work closely with credit and structuring teams to shape compelling proposals
* Take deals through negotiation, documentation and successful completion
* Act as a key voice in shaping how the product evolves in-market
What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in SME cashflow lending origination (this is key)
* A strong, active network in the SME finance and intermediary ecosystem
* Experience structuring unsecured / cashflow-based lending solutions
* Strong commercial instincts with solid credit and financial analysis skills
* A deal-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, someone who thrives on ownership
