Job Description Director – Investment Operations Transformation (Consulting) New York | Boston | Denver (Hybrid) $225k – $310k bonus benefits The Opportunity A leading buy-side specialist consulting firm is expanding its Investment Operations & Platform Transformation practice across North America. This is a chance to join a high-growth, PE-backed consultancy working at the intersection of investment operations, technology platforms, and front-to-back transformation — partnering with top-tier asset managers on their most complex change programmes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead front-to-back investment operations transformation programmes Deliver across: Target Operating Model (TOM) design Platform selection & implementation (Aladdin, Bloomberg, SimCorp, etc.) Process optimisation & automation Identifying and executing appropriate client/vendor entertainment opportunities Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks Making a strong contribution towards business development Undertaking effective account management including financial management Ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress of project and expected outcomes to ensure client efficiency What We’re Looking For We’re looking for true hybrids — individuals who combine consulting delivery with deep investment operations expertise. You will likely have: Minimum 10 years’ experience in: Consulting (FS / asset management focus) Strong experience across the investment lifecycle (front, middle, back office) Proven delivery of: Operating model design Vendor/platform selection Large-scale transformation programmes Hands-on exposure to platforms such as: Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM/PORT, SimCorp, Charles River Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (COO, Head of Ops, Front Office) Why This Role?
