Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have own transport (van) hand tools power tools a background in loft conversions property refurbishment and all round joinery would be ideal
we are ideally looking for long term candidates to join the team self employed or employed benefits are there for the right person there is over time available
Transport tools/power tools are a must and the ability to be on time
Duties
* all round joinery
* Perform joinery work including fitting doors, windows, and cabinetry
* Carry out roofing tasks as required, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing
* Assist with heavy lifting of materials during construction projects
* be on time of morning
* clean work area at the end of each day
* produce good standards of workmanship
Requirements
* Proven experience in carpentry and joinery with a strong portfolio of completed projects
* Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to joinery tasks
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of physical labour requirements
* Familiarity with roofing techniques and materials is advantageous
* Experience in construction is desirable for finishing touches on projects
* Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus for integrated construction tasks
