Administrator – Construction Sector Location: Solihull, West Midlands Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum Full-time | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to grow your career in the construction industry? Zeal Recruitment is working with a highly respected client to find a reliable and enthusiastic Administrator to support their busy office team. ✨ The Role: As an Administrator, you will work closely with the office team and report directly to the Office Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks across the business. Duties will include: • Managing phone calls and customer communication • Assisting with tender documents • Supporting the Contract Manager with daily administrative tasks • Clearing emails and maintaining a tidy inbox • Document handling and filing • General office support Skills & Experience: • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Site processes is desirable • Strong communication skills • Confident using Microsoft Office and email platforms • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and take initiative Additional Information: • 26 days holiday • Office shuts down for 3 days over Christmas • Reporting to: Office Manager • Immediate start Skills Required Administration within Construction Health & Safety knowledge desirable Excellent communications kills Able to work within a team Keywords construction administrator, administrator in construction
