We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to play a key role in designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems that ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly skilled engineering team working on large‑scale industrial and data centre projects.
This role will be based in HQ - Mullaghbawn, Northern Ireland with some travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
 * Technical Design & Planning: Conduct feasibility studies for new technical innovations, ensuring project viability.
 * Engineering Software Expertise: Create detailed plans and schematics using computer‑assisted design (CAD) software.
 * Cost Estimation & Project Management: Estimate material, labour, and construction costs, while developing realistic project timelines.
 * Workforce Coordination: Supervise and coordinate technicians and craftspeople to ensure efficient execution of electrical projects.
 * System Testing & Data Analysis: Oversee installation testing, collect performance data, and make data‑driven recommendations.
 * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets local and international safety regulations.
 * Inspection & Maintenance Programs: Implement inspection schedules to maintain optimal system performance.
 * Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Attend meetings, generate technical reports, and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
 * 3+ years of experience in a similar electrical engineering role.
 * Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex systems.
 * Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to coordinate projects effectively.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
 * Must be eligible to work in Europe.
