The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of Inchcolm Veterinary Services.
ABOUT US:
Inchcolm Veterinary Services was established in 1988 and has steadily grown to become one of the UKs leading specialist poultry veterinary companies.

We are located in Castle Industrial Centre, Queensferry Road, Dunfermline from where we are ableto provide services and supply products quickly and efficiently throughout the UK and Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
2. Check all email inboxes, including individual mailbox, Accounts, Orders, Results & Vets.
3. Using Sage to produce all invoices from suppliers.
4. Ordering supplies.
5. Preparing monthly meat declarations.
6. Processing information for the Wages department.
7. Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
8. Responsible for entering and maintaining stock data in the system.
9. Pricing up Stock Takes.
10. Responsible for producing monthly statements for customers.
11. Keep track of all monthly, quarterly and annual payments.
