Motor Product Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependent On Experience)
Contract: 12-month FTC
Location: Folkestone (Hybrid)
As a Motor Product Executive, you will be involved in all areas of product management and development. You will support a diverse customer base at various life stages, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products.
Reporting to the Motor Product Manager, you will manage and develop market-leading motor insurance products and customer journeys, incorporating key FCA principles.
You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to serve our customers effectively while remaining competitive.
We offer flexible working arrangements—choose to work from home or from our hubs in London or Folkestone, with occasional team meetings in London or Kent.
Role Responsibilities
* Implement product developments and enhancements based on industry trends and customer research.
* Own technical policy wording, with legal and conduct risk considerations.
* Manage projects with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
* Engage with suppliers and participate in meetings as required.
* Contribute to complaints handling to ensure fair resolutions.
* Conduct competitor and industry research to maintain market competitiveness.
* Ensure customer communications are accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with regulations.
* Analyze product root causes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
* Support achieving budgeted conversion, quotation, and retention rates.
* Enhance customer satisfaction scores and market benchmarks.
* Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to optimize communications.
* Ensure product compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in general insurance, including product and regulatory requirements, is essential.
