Salary: £32,500 – £34,500 (rising after full training)
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights, Monday to Friday

The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for:
* Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards
* Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity)
* Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials
* Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications
* Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required
* Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures

What We’re Looking For
* Experience operating plant or production equipment in a manufacturing environment
* High attention to detail and solid numerical skills
* Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and reliable
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Forklift truck licence and/or basic lab testing skills (desirable)
