We supply food retailers, caterers and food processing companies with a range of products, offering quality, taste, full traceability and value for money. An opportunity has developed in our finance team for a dedicated Accounts Payable Admin who will play a crucial role in our success by managing the purchase ledger efficiently and accurately. This role will allow for further career development. Key Responsibilities: Processing and managing high volumes of transactions including supplier invoices and payments including approvals, coding and posting authorised invoices Reconciling purchase and supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Completing supplier payments processes including reviewing contras, preparing weekly payment lists for supervisor and issue remittances. Updating computerised databses for packaging, maintenance accruals and haulage.
