About Our Client
Our client is a start-up within the beauty space. With a team of 15 across the UK, US and Dubai, they are now looking for a SNAM / Channel Head to drive UK sales growth across both existing and new accounts.
Job Description
3. Manage and grow existing accounts
4. Actively prospect and win new business
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
7. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
8. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
9. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience managing either Boots or Superdrug at national level
11. Ideally experience selling mass beauty brands
12. Excited by SMEs and start-ups, hunter mentality
13. A background in beauty or similar industry
14. Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
15. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
16. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
17. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
18. Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
19. Able to be in London 3 days a week
