About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of exhibition space, sponsorship, and media opportunities to the most sought‑after golf resorts, golf clubs, hotels, travel suppliers and destinations around the world. This role focuses on value‑based selling, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions through our industry‑leading event.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets across face‑to‑face and digital channels.
* Use data‑driven insights to inform decisions and demonstrate value to clients.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and sharing industry best practices.
* Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase event participation benefits.
* Negotiate contracts with exhibitors and sponsors to maximise value.
* Identify and engage new business opportunities through networking and market research.
* Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
* Collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.


Requirements

* Proven track record in sales within a competitive, fast‑paced environment.
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to progress the sales process effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with creativity in sharing ideas.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders and cultures.
* Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritisation skills.
* Comfortable using data and technology to drive decisions and demonstrate value.
* Growth mindset: open to learning, innovation, and taking calculated risks.
* Experience in international markets; knowledge of Golf or Golf Tourism is desirable but not essential.
