We're looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager to take the reins of major UK retail customers and help drive growth across both existing and new customer relationships. This is a high-impact National Account Manager role within an established, award-winning ambient food business that supplies Own Label and Branded products to all major UK retailers and foodservice operators.
You'll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, leading customer strategy and execution across sales, supply chain, technical, and NPD functions. Your role will be both hands-on and strategic – identifying new business opportunities, launching new product lines, and delivering standout customer service in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Refreshingly, you can expect full autonomy to shape account plans, present data-led insights in collaboration with internal marketing and category teams. If you're confident with numbers, commercially curious, and understand the complexity of managing retail partnerships, this role offers real scope to make your mark.
To be successful in the National Account Manager role, you will
* Bring several years of experience managing UK retail accounts, preferably in the food sector.
* Have current National Account Manager experience with Own Label products
* Be degree educated in a business-related field is preferred.
