Are you an experienced Line Leader, Production Supervisor or fresh produce professional looking for your next challenge?We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our packing lines at Watts Farms in Farningham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established fresh produce business where quality, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.You'll lead production teams, maintain high food safety standards and help ensure customer orders are packed efficiently and to specification.Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.What you'll be doingSupervising packing line operations and production staffEnsuring health & safety and food safety standards are maintainedSupporting machine set-up, product changeovers and basic troubleshootingMonitoring production efficiency and product qualityCompleting production records accuratelyWorking closely with the wider production management teamMaintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeepingWhat we're looking forExperience within fresh produce, food production or packhouse operationsPrevious team leadership or supervisory experienceA proactive and reliable approachGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work calmly in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail and food safety awarenessWorking HoursSunday to Thursday48 hours per weekFlexibility required between 7am and 6pm depending on production requirementsWhy join Watts Farms?At Watts Farms, we are a fast moving fresh produce business where no two days are the same.
