A multinational management consultancy firm is looking for a French speaking HR Advisor to join their team in Central London on a hybrid work scheme. You would be looking after 50+ employees, in charge of a wide variety of HR duties covering talent management, employee relations, conflict management, coaching & development and training. The general work hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
* Managing staff relationships and ER casework
* Day to day execution of all processes regarding talent acquisition, new hire onboarding as well as offboarding, compensation, and benefits
* Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.
About you:
To be considered for the role, you will be a fluent French speaker, and able to demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. You will be a critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues. You are somebody with excellent interpersonal skills who is confident in their work, able to take accountability and work independently, with the ability to work with confidential, personal, and sensitive data in a discrete manner.
