The Role you will be Doing; * Answering inbound calls from customers. * Liaising with customers via email. * Resolving customer complaints. * Following company guidelines to ensure all queries are dealt with quickly, professionally and efficiently. * Responsible for managing effective communication and coordination between team members. * Set an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, always delivering the highest level of customer service.
