In this role you will manage a portfolio of customers within a Credit Control environment and manage these within the KPI controls. This role is working 40 hours per week in our Hull office. Paying National Minimum Wage.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Support the credit control team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
* Accurately allocate unallocated cash on the appropriate accounts, in a timely manner.
* Reconcile accounts and manage discrepancies effectively.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Log and chase active queries with appropriate branches, to the point of resolution.
* Respond to account enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with credit controller(s) to ensure seamless service to customers and branches.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
* Responsible for managing the credit control inbox and responding to client queries promptly and professionally.
* Provide cover of credit control duties.
