You will need to bring creativity, ambition and a desire for teaching. You will have excellent subject knowledge and will be committed to giving our children the start in life they deserve. There is a chance that the appointment could lead to a permanent position. ECTs are very welcome to apply. You will: Have experience of working in KS2. Have a track record of delivering good or outstanding outcomes for children. Be innovative in your approaches, delivering engaging and exciting lessons. Have a secure understanding of assessment and be able to place this at the centre of your teaching. Have a can do mentality with a desire to overcome challenges that arise. Be a team-player with good communication and inter-personal skills. Be committed to inclusion and adapting teaching and learning to overcome barriers.
