We work as a Family Help Team and collaborate with a range of families, including those needing Family Help Assessment, Targeted Early Support, Children in Need, those on the Edge of Care or Child Protection, and children in care until a permanency plan is established outside their parents' care or with a plan of reunification at home.
Our multi-agency Family Help Team includes Family Support Workers, Family Practitioners, Social Workers, Systemic Consultants, PCSO's, and soon NHS Nurses. We work together to meet families' holistic needs, reduce risks, and keep families together.
We operate under Restorative Practice principles to develop personalized plans for each family, aiming to identify positive changes and effective solutions. If you want to join a team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children and families, embracing new social work practices, and providing a supportive environment for professional development, we want to hear from you.
