Leading the day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolioPreparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliationsManaging rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant mattersCarrying out property inspections and ensuring full complianceCoordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenanceIdentifying and delivering asset management initiativesBuilding strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholdersProducing clear, high‑quality client reportingProviding guidance and support to junior team membersWhat They're Looking For
MRICS qualifiedExperience operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or equivalentConfident, professional communicator with strong client‑facing abilityCommercially minded, organised and proactiveAmbitious individual keen to contribute to team and wider business growthFull UK driving licencePackage & Details
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)Car allowance and excellent benefits packageFull‑time, Monday-FridayFlexible / agile working offeredLong‑term career development within a growing regional platform
