Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Commercial Property Management

What You'll Be Doing
7. Leading the day‑to‑day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
8. Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
9. Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
10. Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
11. Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
12. Identifying and delivering asset management initiatives
13. Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
14. Producing clear, high‑quality client reporting
15. Providing guidance and support to junior team members
What They're Looking For
16. MRICS qualified
17. Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or equivalent
18. Confident, professional communicator with strong client‑facing ability
19. Commercially minded, organised and proactive
20. Ambitious individual keen to contribute to team and wider business growth
21. Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
22. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
23. Car allowance and excellent benefits package
24. Full‑time, Monday-Friday
