We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail – orientated individual with a strong background in payroll processing to support our Client day to day operation.
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 p/hr
Location: Caerphilly
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and Monthly payroll accurately and on time using Sage payroll software
- Ensure compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, and other statutory deductions
- Administer Pension Contributions and submissions in line with the current legislation
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Support the wider Finance and HR teams with payroll related tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience working within a payroll role
- Proficiency in Sage Payroll is essential
- Strong understanding of PAYE and payroll processing
- Experience managing pension schemes and auto enrolment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills and organisational skills
