W Talent is delighted to be partnering with a leading flexible packaging manufacturer based in Gainsborough, specialising in high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions for food, medical, industrial, and consumer goods markets. They are now seeking an experienced Materials Controller to support operations at their Gainsborough manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal role within the Operations and Supply Chain function, responsible for ensuring the effective control, planning, and coordination of raw materials and packaging components to support production requirements. The Role The successful candidate will lead the development and continuous improvement of materials management processes, working closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimise stock levels, minimise waste, and maintain uninterrupted manufacturing performance. This position plays a critical part in driving efficiency, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration across the site.
