We’re a creative growth agency producing high-end content and performance marketing campaigns for ambitious brands. Our clients trust us to deliver strategy, creative, and results not just clicks. We’re looking for a creative account manager who can own client relationships end-to-end while ensuring our campaigns deliver real business impact.
Role overview
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of retained clients. You’ll combine relationship management, creative oversight, and performance marketing knowledge to ensure client goals are met. You’ll lead regular check-ins, track lead quality, and brief our internal creative and paid media teams with clarity and precision. Your job is to keep clients happy, informed, and growing with us.
Key responsibilities
* Own the client relationship from onboarding to ongoing delivery.
* Run bi-weekly or monthly review meetings focused on campaign results, lead quality, and next steps.
* Implement a clear lead qualification process with clients and ensure insights are fed back to the ads team quickly.
* Brief creative and production teams with actionable, detailed briefs that align with campaign strategy.
* Review creative output before it goes to the client to ensure quality and relevance.
* Monitor campaign performance data and translate it into simple, actionable insights.
* Identify new campaign angles, upsell opportunities, and cross-channel growth ideas.
* Coordinate internal resources (paid media, SEO, designers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver on client goals.
* Keep Trello boards updated with current priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Produce and present client reports that focus on ROI and business outcomes, not just metrics.
Skills and experience
* 3+ years in account management or client services within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
* Strong understanding of paid social, PPC, and creative production.
* Confident communicator who can handle challenging conversations with tact and authority.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to turn client goals into campaign actions.
* Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
* Creative eye and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Asana), reporting dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
