Assistant Building Surveyor A proactive Building Consultancy with an impressive client base is seeking an APC driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their London office. A great opportunity for someone with 12 months experience looking for career progression with hybrid working and an excellent package. The Assistant Building Surveyor’s role The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will support one or two experienced MRICS Building Surveyors on commercial and private sector projects, typically for pension funds, blue-chip clients, and asset management companies. Day to day, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will carry out typical Building Surveying services as well as some Project Management. There is also the chance to do some Monitoring work. The Assistant Building Surveyor This role would suit a Graduate Building Surveyor with experience, or an Assistant Building Surveyor looking for greater APC support and guidance. * Completed a Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree * Minimum of 12 months Building Surveying experience * Worked within a Private Practice / Chartered Surveying consultancy * Ideally worked on private sector and/or commercial projects * Enrolled on the APC In Return? * £35,000 - £40,000 * Extensive APC support * Professional membership and training fees * Pension * 2-3 days WFH a week * Healthcare * Strong career prospects * 25 days annual leave bank holidays If you are a Building Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Tom Harrison at Foster & May.
