This role involves teaching Maths across KS2-KS4 to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will be someone who can quickly learn the context of the setting, adapt your teaching style, and consistently deliver good to outstanding lessons. The ability to work independently, use initiative, and respond calmly and creatively to challenges is essential. This is not a class-based role. You will deliver 3-4 Maths lessons to each class, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching, relationship-building, and real progress rather than form responsibilities.
