Education and Training
£20 - £30 Per hour
* Provide one-on-one tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in English and Maths
* Create individualised lesson plans based on students' abilities and learning styles
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to address students' academic challenges
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
* Support students in developing essential study skills
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN
* Understanding of different learning styles and effective teaching methods
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
* Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning
* Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience in conducting assessments and creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in learners homes or local libraries
* Potential travel within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
